Co-founded in 1989 by Phil Porter (originally a Bloomingtonian!!) and Cynthia Winton-Henry, InterPlay InterPlay is a fun way to de-stress, reduce anxiety, and discover connections. It teaches the language and ethic of play in a deep and powerful way. Playing together builds community and fosters embodiment. The spill-over effect of InterPlay in daily life can bring more joy, ease, depth, and openness.
