Senior Yoga with Rev. David LeBeau
Accessible Yoga for All!
This in-person practice will be in the Unity Chapel where we will wear masks until we get everyone spaced out for social distancing then masks will be optional until after practice.
Chairs will be used for half of the stretches, and half will be practiced standing close to the chair. There is no need to get down on the floor. The Practice is very accessible.
Senior Yoga is a Vinyasa Flow style infused with strength training which is part of the YogaFit style which David was trained in.
You may also participate from home by Zoom. Email Rev. David LeBeau at lebeau921@comcast.net before 10:30 AM on Thursday June 15th and request an invitation. You will be sent an email with the Zoom link and passcode.
There is no charge for an introductory participation experience. For those who want to give a $5 Love Offering there will be a basket by the door. If you have questions, please send an email to Rev. David LeBeau.

Join us on May 18th, 2023 at 7pm for another drumming circle!
Our first drum circle was a big success, with 20 attendees. Experienced and new drummers were present, and everyone had a great time together. We learned about different types of drums, how they’re played, and how to follow different rhythms.
We agreed to meet every third Thursday of the month at 7m.
If you have spare drums or other percussion instruments, please feel free to bring and share them. Or be crafty and make your own!
